Renting Your Instrument

Fill out the online form below and we'll have your instrument ready for pickup at the date and time you choose. At the time of pickup, you will be required to complete our Instrument Rental Contract/Credit Card Authorization and sign our Rental Agreement. For even faster service from us, download and print both forms, then fill in your information, sign them, and bring them with you when you pick up your instrument.

Please be aware that we have limited instrument availability. We will do our very best to provide you with an instrument, but in the event that we are unable to do so, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Our Great Rent-to-Own Option

If you decide that you want to keep the instrument you've been using, or if you want to own another one of equal or greater value, we offer our terrific rent-to-own program! This is how the program works:

the first 12 months of your rental payments are applied toward the purchase of that instrument or one of greater or equal value (three months for guitars).
For new instruments, the price is configured at 25% off the MSRP.
For used instruments, the price is configured at WVMC's favorable discounted price.

With no fees and no interest, either option gives you plenty time to decide if you want to make the leap to ownership while still becoming comfortable with your instrument. Just contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your instrument rental needs with you.

Important! Read Me First!

Reserving your instrument online will save you a lot of waiting time, and reserving early will ensure that you receive the instrument of your choice. Once you reserve your instrument, we will get it ready for you, along with both our Instrument Rental Contract and Credit Card Authorization forms. To save yourself even more time, please download the Credit Card Authorization form from our web site and bring it with you, filled in, when you pick up your instrument. NOTE: Please allow six hours for us to get your instrument ready from the time you submit your online rental request. If you make your reservation after 12 noon, or on Sunday, we'll have it ready the next day.

At the time you pick up your instrument, we require that you provide us with a credit card to process the automatic monthly payments debited at the first of every month through the contract term. We cannot rent instruments without a credit card.

Some Information You Should Know…

Monthly Pricing

The pricing listed next to each instrument is the monthly rate for that instrument. The rate is the same no matter the length of the rental. Each instrument rental has a two-month minimum.

Charges at Instrument Pickup

When you pick up your instrument, your are required to pay the first and last month's rental fee, 9.75% tax, and the first and last month's insurance fee (if chosen) or an additional $100 damage deposit if you DO NOT choose insurance. (The deposit will be returned to you after you return your rental instrument to us with normal usage wear and tear.)

Credit Card Requirement

Upon pickup of your instrument at the store, we require that you provide us with a credit card to cover the automatic revolving monthly payments of your contract term.
